This is very bad news.
unless Toranoana has changed their policies in the past few years, this is a company that no one should be buying from.

Could you expand on what these policies are? I know that they're not particularly friendly to foreign purchases, but haven't heard that they have a reputation for bad business practices in general. What's the issue?
