i can honestly say now beyond a shadow of a doubt: this is the worst dub job i have ever seen in my life. i mean this is just plain pathetic. it makes Crest Of The Stars look like Cowboy Bebop. how do companies with reputations make stuff like this? the only explanation i can think of is that. they exhausted their whole budget on the production or something, cause this is just inexcusably horrible.

No, not the worst. Heck its even with the Slayers dubs, which, as a spinoff it should be. |

you mean the Slayers dub is this bad too? i've only seen the subbed version. oh god
but back then anime that wasn't that known, so it's understandable that the dubs were lousy production. this however, came out in 98. |

True, the dub is awful. But hey, so is the anime! Bad dub + bad anime = enough camp value that I bought all the DVDs. I kept asking myself why I was wasting my money on it, then I'd fall over laughing and buy the next volume. I reviewed that dub back during my Akadot days, BTW. ------RM |
