It cannot be presupposed that the majority of Tezuka fans in London are also partial to contemporary dance. A novel homage this will certainly be, though one questions how effectively this production will draw manga-reading crowds. Helen McCarthy's (somewhat unsurprising) inclusion to the bill may not be sufficient.

That is an odd mix indeed... but I tell you what, if I could be there I would probably give it a shot.
Obviously on Helen's day so I could assure that at least a part of my trip would be worthwhile.
As much as I like experiences and unusual match-ups I find that contemporary dance is pretty much hit or miss so that alone wouldn't suffice to earn my money.
