I usually buy Anime Insider magazine at either my local Wal-Mart, Borders, or Waldens. For the past two months none of the stores have carried it. I called four comic stores in my area and only one had a copy, but it was outdated.
I tried ordering a subscription through the Anime Insider website. but when I go from the 'Shipping' page to the 'Payment' page my Internet Explorer crashes. That is the only site it crashes on. I e-mailed their customer service twice in the past two weeks. Each time I get an automatic response saying that they received my e-mail and somebody will contact me shortly, but nobody has as of yet. Does anyone know if there are production or some other problems with Anime Insider? |

As far as I know, there isnt any problem with anime insider. I'm a subscriber and i've gotten the past two issues (this months issue hasn't come yet though) Maybe the stores you were going to didn't carry it because not enough people in your area ask for it (the only place you can get it in stores around where I live is barnes and noble)

I'm having the same frickin' problem! I havne't seen this month's issue anywhere I normally get it. It's pretty frustrating, becuase i like keeping a solid sequence in my issues, and I will quit buying this one if it becomes too much of a chore to do it.
