so has anyone got a copy of this yet? how are the voices? whats good bad about the english version compared to the japanese version?

You should be watching the anime for its story, not the dub quality. I wouldn't worry, though, since ADV's dubs tend to be faithful to the original version and they have good voice actors.

the story doesn't come in for like 25 episodes.

Uhhh, GaoGaiGar is licensed by Media Blasters, and I heared it'll be dubbed by NYAV Post.

As much as I want to hear the dub, I'm not expecting much. Not only would it take an extraordinary cast to handle GaoGaiGar well, it's Media Blasters. Every dub I have heard from MB has been sub-par at best. Plus not only are a lot of things lost in translation (Guy's "Hikare Ni Nare" along with both Swan and Mike's English exclimations) but the voices are so fitting in Japanese, It's just going to be extremely difficult to match the Japanese cast.
