I have a "guilty pleasure" for shoujo so I'm interested in an anime for this. That dude looks like twice her age though and I'm not really excited about that, even if he is "actually" the same age.

Eeek!! This could be fun :D I thought Nozaki-kun himself was the main character, more than the girl, but it's been a while since I checked out the comic. Then again, based on what I know of Tsubaki-sensei's other works, it's doubtful she sticks to a single main character very long anyway.
(they should be both the same age (high school), despite appearances. I wouldn't worry about anything very romantic happening though, given the gag-format and Tsubaki-sensei's almost complete lack of romance in her other current series that is running in a proper shoujo magazine.)
