This was announced over a month ago on fans handed out at Anime Expo, not to mention their Facebook page a couple weeks ago.

Perhaps now Key will finally bring its titles to the West. I've only played Kanon through a pirated torrent, but I'd gladly purchase their games like Air and Clannad as I haven't played them yet. Plus, to support such a niche company in a niche market.
