In the screenshot, the first one-shot's title is カナタ (ka-na-ta). It was written in the article that the title is "katana"

Well of course it is not a kenichi continuation. kenichi is gonna die without ever having taken the direction fans wanted it to take.

Despite that, I would kill to see this epic manga released in north america. I mean..the most part of kenichi is pure epicness. APACHAY !!!!
