I'm sure that CDJapan (and other international online shops) will have the magazine available in their site so you don't need to live in Japan to buy it....

1999 has all sorts of hobby magazines, they will have this for sure.

Great. Yet another seiyuu magazine to keep my eyes on...
I only skimmed, but I don't think there's any mention whether this is a monthly publication or not. Pleeeeeeeeease be like Voice Animage and only come out once a season. ^^;; I seriously have over $1K's worth of seiyuu magazines and really don't need to be buying more than I already do. ^^;
