I thought the whole point of these projects was for a Japanese anime take on these iconic US comic characters, to give a fresh take.
Why get this guy involved?
Either way, should have been credited if he was involved.
Bad, bad, people at MADHOUSE...

I think he's happy he wasn't credited if he's trying to distance himself from the projects.

the problem is opposite... the press-release that Ellis is involved, while actually by matter of fact of final work he is not... it is accurately shown in the credits of the work, but not in the press release which states that Ellis is involved...

After seeing the end result, I don't blame Ellis from trying to distance himself from these atrocities.
