without these fancy packaging.. i'm sure the price will drop quite a bit.
when it's food just leave it in plastic wrap.. there's no need for fancy packaging since most people will just remove and throw it away anyway.. it's a waste of money to just pay extra for things you will just throw away |

Japan is notorious for over-packaging. A cookie bag can have cookies in a big bag, and inside it, each cookie is in its own little bag.

Perhaps that explains why even snack foods tend to be so expensive... A package within a package before getting to the actual product... |
