It's a little unusual for me. I know that there are English speakers in Indonesia and the Philippines but aren't they a bit small of a population for something like this? I've heard about them doing English dubs and subs of Japanese shows in both countries,but the English speaking population in both countries is rather small. I'm not sure that there'll be enough people there to cover the costs of something like that.
