I think that Viz will license the anime, because they heavily promoted the manga back in June. One Punch Man 2 and this will likely be their two licenses next year. They will probably license Pluto too, but I heard that might not come out until 2020.

Well someone did their home work.. the rifle looks like an early war type 99 Arisaka. They even got the bayonet right. lol
