That number for Citrus BD volume 2 is massively dissapointing...So now it can't even break the 1000 units milestone, and I figured it could only get even worse from here on out. Though, some ray of hope is still available for other shows that I like, such as Sora yori, Girls und Punzer, Love Live and hell, even Violet Evergarden, which is capable of passing over 5000 units standard thus far, which is great, more so for the 30k and 60k, that is massively huge in numbers. A pretty great week, though that abysmal sales for Citrus does hurt the chance for maximum happiness. I figured some yuri fans wouldn't really care though, since Citrus is widely regarded as some awful melodrama yuri series. I'm just hoping the closest yuri anime that we're gonna get, which is the Kase-san OVA, will at least capable of earning some relatively good numbers so that some important people could be convinced that a TV anime investment wouldn't be so bad to tackle upon.

Kase-san isnt the only yuri were getting. Bloom into you is getting an anime in the fall (there is also that yandere one if you want to count that but not my cup of tea). Also I know it's been said many times but when determining the success of a show I wouldn't put too much stock into just these numbers.

I hope they can release some Violet Evergarden merchandise (figurine).

Also, they should release it on steam for purchase.
