I like to assume that "The Power of Us" is a more inclusive reference to the subtitle of the Pokemon 2000 film, though I can only make vague assumptions as to how consistent the franchise's lore has remained at this point in time.

Only in the American edited dubbed version. The original title is Everyone's Story and has nothing to do with the Revelation Lugia movie.
