Speaking of More than Meets The Eye, I find it interesting that we're finally getting English-language copies of Japanese Transformers titles at about the same time Japanese fans are finally getting Japanese-language copies of MTMTE. That title supposedly brought a lot of women into the Western Transformers fanbase, so I wonder if it's going to be marketed towards Japanese women in any meaningful way? (I could see someone making the argument that it would be popular with the fujoshi crowd.)

Very fair review, glad it got B scores for the right readers. It's a great book with a nice slice of what children's books were like in the 80s. Really looking forward to the next books and hope Viz intends to do other manga later. I would love to see them collect all of the Legends web comics and pack in toy comics together in order, they're ridiculous, but Viz seems to know their audience.
