Since it will air on Noitamina block, it will more likely to have 11 episodes because most Noitamina animes have 11 episodes.

That's like asking what differentiates Kurobasu from Slam Dunk....
Well, you see, it's a completely different story with completely different characters based on the same sport. Shocking, huh?
