I would love to learn more about the lettering used in our favorite manga; what the fonts are called, where to purchase/download them, and perhaps why certain company's Letterers chose to use them.
One font in particular I'm dying to find is one used in the Fruits Basket fanbook, Cat. It resembles handwriting yet is still easily legible even when printed very small (as shown in the link below). http://img17.imageshack.us/img17/3878/furubafanbookfont.jpg (Please forgive the photo's quality. This was taken with my camera while I simply held the book open) I'm really very sorry if I've posed this question here before and this repeated post is aggravating to anyone, but I'm really hoping to find this font and to be able to use it (I've tried so many different sites my head is beginning to spin. These are most of the sites I've checked already: dafont, fontriver, fontsource, fontgarden, fontspace, fonts101, 1001freefonts, urbanfont, blambot.com/fonts, myfonts, fontgenerator, getfreefonts, abstractfonts, actionfonts, symplythebest, comicfonts, fontfreak, free-fonts, searchfreefonts, downloadfreefonts, acidfonts, fontstock, freepcfonts, and freewarefonts). |
