Wow, this description might fit for half of all the romcoms that were ever made since the 70s.

Any information, why this one stands out, so it deserves an Anime adaption?

Easy. spoiler[Because all of them are childhood friends, so no matter who wins - it's always will be osanajimi].

Also Ui-mama designs, so gotta cash rake on the modern VTubers popularity.
