I'm not so sure, since the TV anime looks different.
...but, uhhh, I do wonder how strong the relationship is going to be with this manga, because taking a look at it...there's a bunch of crazy AIC/Artmic crossovers?? Armitage? Megazone 23? Dangaioh? Wannabes? Blue Gender? Tenchi (kind of)? Hagane no Oni????? Genocyber???????? What the hell???
