I wonder if this is because Sony owns it now, or the fact almost every other top level player there seems to get outed as a sex pest/pedophile, including the owner from what I remember. Either way, I don't think it's hard to see why Nintendo wouldn't want to associate with EVO anymore.

Yeah if EVO has problems with bad apple players and owner makes sense for Nintendo to distance itself from it now
