About SONY dub for Rurouni Kenshin anime film

A SONY dub may be present in the Rurouni Kenshin anime film, Requiem for a Restorationist.
This can be confirmed piecemeal from the Portuguese dubbing.

Kenshin sounds like Richard Cansino's voice.
However, no matter where I look on the internet, I can't find any information about the presence of SONY dub in an anime movie.
If anyone has any information on what it is, please let me know.
