"Important announcement" for the manga in the 32nd issue.
Is that where these internet leaks come from? The Twitter "insiders" have access to someone in a bookstore who gets the next issue about 5 days early to prepare. Fits perfectly here. The here rumored anime and final manga announcement look believable due to the scan for the anime announcement looking real.
