Agreeable review. There are really nice insights and perspective it provides on the whole how do you react when the dad tells you were all adopted
I do wonder what Sion role will be in this, was largely my reason for getting into this series just to see if he will be part of this "harem" or not, and I kind of feel as such, felt like some of his moments suggest he has some sort of feelings for his brother that he's suppressed or pushed off.
The art is another reason...Arata has some great expressions (lol'd from some of them) and looks cute alot of the time.
Also, the afterward said its planned for 13 volumes, so I think the writing is going at a good and decent pace.

That he has an actual endgame in mind rather than perpetually and frustratingly spinning wheels is at least an improvement from his other manga.

Agree, compared to KanoKari which took a long time to "really start" ( about 100 chapters in my opinion, in anime term that's more or less the end of the S2 ), Shiunji has already subtly foreshadowed interesting things, i'm both happy to know that its end is already planned as it's never a good idea to extend a serie longer than necessary but also sad because this is the kind of Harem Romcom which has the potential to mark a generation as did Love Hina, Nisekoi and more recently Goutoubun.
