Especially now that they're not even available in Japanese as ebooks from Japanese stores like Bookwalker, Amazon.co.jp, Kobo Rakuten, etc. since the new year.
...Though obviously, if there're some rights that expired at the end of last year, or sales are so low that it's not worth listing anywhere, or the author just doesn't want it sold anymore, there's even less hope than normal for such an old series to be licensed.
