I don't understand why this specific character cast announcement gets an article, when the Nukitashi twitter has been regularly announcing a lot of the additional cast for over a week now... 
If anything were newsworthy, I'd think it'd be the fact that it was announced Tokyo MX would be airing this series after all... in an audio-only state on MX1.  (Only airing the regular TV version on their alt channel MX2.)
