Pretty obvious this would be the case.
I could’ve sworn that it had previously been announced that Crunchyroll would air season 2 but I can’t find the source right now.

I too recall there being some mention of CR streaming the 2nd season a while ago, or I had just assumed it was going to happen due to them licensing GONZO titles a few years ago.

Great news as the first season was excellent and the cast were extremely good. I'm so looking forward to this.
