They're not. "Farewell, Daisy", the final chapter, came first. It's her debut work. "Everyday" was published second. The last work to be published, "Thumbelina", is in the middle of the book. And all of the chapters that go between parts of "Refreshing Psychedelic" were published after that miniseries finished. |

Oh, I see that the PandoraHearts and Vanitas author is Jun Mochizuki, it confused me for a bit, haha.
I haven't read anything by this author, but the covers I've seen are really striking, including this one. I will probably read something from her soon. |

I've been a fan of hers since After the Rain and it took one large panel page from that series to cement it. Kowloon is such a departure from Rain that I give her credit for doing something totally different and doing it gloriously. This collection of short stories is on my buy list and I can't wait to dig into her fantastic artwork and read what was going through her head back in the day.
