Given some variation of Corpse Party 2 has been releasing since 2013 it's pretty firmly in, "Believe it when I see it," territory at this point.
Having Book of Shadows and Birthday Bash on Switch will be nice at least, no clue why Blood Drive is the first one of the things they ported given it's probably the most widely disliked game in the series and impenetrable without context.

after blood drive this series can burn in hell where it belongs. Also I am pretty sure CP2 is not at all connected to the previous failed episodic release of CP2.
Book of shadows was also bad... but it was never meant to be a sequel or actually do anything in the series it was only ever supposed to be a short story collection with a tease for blood drive.
it takes a lot for me to ever after all this time still be disgusted but congratulations here is your razzie award now go back to your corner of shame and stay there for another 10 years before we think about forgiving you.

Yeah, I share the frustration - the PSP main release of the first game is actually an incredibly solid RPGMaker-style horror story. It's just that every single re-release (and hooooooly shhhh there is a TON of them) are hard to sift through to make sure that you're getting the most features.
Since then, they've pretty much run it into the ground. If you can hunt down a PSP copy of the original (not the visual novel one) it is very worth playing, but outside of that the quality of each successive cash-in is pretty sketchy, and it's unfortunate because I wanna see more Japanese horror games available overall.
