i remember recording myself when picking shows to watch during the Winter 2025 season, and this show was one of them.
my biggest problems with the show was i felt like it didn't lean into its torture aspect enough. that and airing in the same season as torture princess - even though they are different shows - probably didn't help... if the show leaned into the torture aspect a little more rather than being mostly communication for a good majority of the show on this world, i feel like it could've been a bit more fun. it's there, but there's not enough of it. i though it was just okay, didn't really go in expecting it to be like...gj club 2, but i felt like it could've been better. maybe. |
