After watching the trailer, I have to say that this movie looks pretty interesting. I'll probably buy it if/when it makes its way to the US.

Highly doubt it. Five Star Stories only came because ADV likes movies and OVAs, and it was undubbed to boot. That one will won't see a US release of its BluRay either. And the Five Star Stories manga only has a partial release because Nagano himself was pushing for it to happen at all.
