Very interesting. I really like Hamamoto's art style, it reminds me of the style commonly found in Nippon Ichi Soft games (Disgaea, Phantom Brave) with the cute characters, bright lights, and vibrant colors. The type of stuff that's only become possible, it seems, thanks to modern computer coloring techniques, you just didn't see much art like this 10 years ago. It's a growing trend and I'm a sucker for it. I'll possibly buy this if/when it comes out as a trade paperback.

Awesome, I love Ryusuke H.'s art. I can't wait to read Compass.

Didn't Disney and the Italians do this already, as W.I.T.C.H?

I haven't read this book yet, but the art is great. It'll be interesting to see how long this puppy holds up as a regular comic book series...
