I ordered 5 DVD's from them at the end of November and only one has arrived. The second volume of Death Note shipped on 11/28 and arrived on 12/10, but the other 4 still have not arrived (even though they shipped according to DVD Pacific on 11/26). Also should I be concerned that I only received a Delivery Conformation ID for the Death Note DVD even though I received an e-mail saying the other 4 shipped?

I have no experience with DVD Pacific but I'll say this, yes. It could have been lost in the mail or they screwed up and never shipped it. You really should call them.

I've never had problems with them, but there's always a first for everything. If they said they shipped them, they more than likely already did. I've never had to wait more than 7 days for anything in Media shipping. So yeah, you may want to e-mail or call them about it.

The issue's resolved. It turns out they shipped it through FedEX even though I requested USPS Priority Mail because of the number of packages. My parents put the package off to the side because I said I didn't recognize it (since I didn't know it was coming from FedEX). What a relief I thought someone stole it off my step since it said the package had already arrived on FedEX's site.
