Does anyone know any place that ships to Canada that still has copies of Paradise Kiss vol 2 available? It's out of stock in the places I usually frequent (and according to a comic book shop that I went to, the series has availability issues before Geneon imploded).

I already have 1 and 3, just need 2 to complete my collection.

I don't know where you live, but 1000000 Comix located in downtown Toronto has the series on sale.

Hmm, as of right now they say Temporary Out. Maybe that's because marie-antoinette ordered it? Smile

If not normal Amazon says they have some. I checked shipping, and they say they ship all over the world. I don't know if that includes Canada though. Razz

umm, yes, it is out of stock on amazon Canada, but if you click the used and new tabs below that you will see 5 being offered by individuals, prices don't seem so bad either.

I am in TO, so that might work nicely, if I can find time to get downtown. Thanks for the tip.

And if that doesn't work out, I shall try my luck with Amazon, either .ca or .com, it doesn't really matter as long as I get a copy.

Oh, I see, yeah I wasn't even looking for any used or marketplace items.

Anyway good luck marie-antoinette, Paradise Kiss in my opinion is a series that goes largely unnoticed. And some of my favorite episodes are on volume 2!(Not sure if you've seen it or not.) Not to mention the brandish beats the opening and ending give us. Smile

I think you're going to have much better luck picking up vol 2 in a local store cause I ordered all of Paradise Kiss from Amazon (US) and the only thing they had for immediate shipping appeared to be vol 1 + atrbox. I would think they'd be sold out now (they had 3 when I ordered a couple weeks ago) but I got the other two vols at a local Best Buy.

Happy hunting!

I have seen it before, yes (I almost never buy anime unseen). I look forward to having the whole thing soon (I can probably get downtown on Wednesday or Thursday this week).

Edit: Success! At least almost. 1,000,000 Comix can get it for me, hopefully by Friday! I am very excited, especially since my Rumbling Hearts DVDs should be arriving around that time too (this is the one exception to the never buying anime before seeing it rule I have).

Well, in case that falls through, Robert's Anime Corner has volume 2 in stock. Just in case because I have learned that it's not a done deal until it is in your hands...or you have a shipping confirmation. Smile

I have my copy now, hurrah! And there was no selling of first-born children or anything.

Congratulations!

Now I need to get my hands on vol 3. I found it in stock at Suncoast's website, but I'm going to try one more store that doesn't have a big turn-around just in case there's a copy waiting for someone like me to come grab up. Enjoy! I hear it's a great show. Smile

If not DVDplanet, and DVDboxoffice have them.

Congrats marie-antoinette on not having to lose any children, although I think you get a tax deduct these days if you do. Wink
