When I submit a survey the 'animenewsnetwork.com/survey/###/thanks' link appears as a blank page with just the survey title and no page text or additional links (such as a link to the forum). If I turn all adverts back on, I get a banner and 5 box ads, but still no page text.
Where ### = 140-144 there's some 'thank you' text, but for 145 up there is nothing. It just has the feel of falling into a hole or something failing. Didn't the old survey mechanism provide a links to discussion, results, etc.?
