I'm looking for a good graphic novel series, I want one that I can read then watch it. Mostly looking for a drama/action/adventure/scince fiction/slice of life. Not looking for all of them in one series but a few.

You "graphic novels" as in amecomi, aka American Comics?

Drama would probably be Death Note, or if you want to go with american comics, pick up Watchmen.
