This post has the rankings of 2011 theatrical anime movie boxoffice sales. Though it hasn't updated the K-ON numbers, which should be at least around 1.3 billion yen (a 13.0 on that chart) by now.

So does the 1 million ticket sales mean the 72,000 K-ON! otaku have each seen the movie 13 times (with many saving a virgin ticket for their collections)?

Looking forward to eventually seeing it! Good clean fun, is K-ON!. It's like something Enid Blyton would make if she were Japanese and into music. Man, a period-themed Malory Towers anime would be amazing...
