(Just to prove that I really have learned my lesson and am not posting an empty thread . . . )
I have noticed very interesting similarities between SAINT TAIL and D.N.ANGEL,two anime series which both feature high schoolers who magically transform into master thieves.
If anyone would care to discuss this further please do so.

This means that your only reason for making this post is to prove a point about you. I would have hopped you'd post for some other reason that.

Hmm, I haven't seen either series myself, so I can't really comment on them. But that alone is not much of an interesting similarity. Granted, the basic scenarios do seem similar, but is there anything more to it than that?
ShadowLady also has a similar scenario, except that Shadow Lady isn't a high schooler. But there is the Shadow Lady side story that features the characters re-created as children.
In Shadow Lady, the protagonist is a shy demure girl who transforms into a cat burgler with the aid of some magical masquera. Along with the transformation, she sheds most of her inhibitions (and cloathing) becoming a much more outgoing person. She also has a magical (demonic) sidekick who accompanies her.
Shadow Lady actually has multiple transformations, the first is the standard Shadow Lady, but the special transformations grant her even more powers, for example the "Safron Bunny Shadow" transformation gives her the qualities of a rabbit (she faster and can jump a lot, its meant ot be a little silly & cute obviously). Her special tranformations are time limited to 5 minutes or something I believe. Any similarities here?
The story has two antagonists, the first is her rival, a detective who is bent on catching Shadow Lady, but also happens to be an aquaintance of Shadow Lady's alter ego. I belive that this aspect of the plot is similar to one in Saint Tail if I remember correctly.
Towards the end of Shadow Lady this is a pretty big spoiler, you are forwarnedshe starts running out of her magical masquera and eventually loses the ability to transform into Shadow Lady. But it seems that some of her Shadow Lady persona has rubbed off on her and she is now less shy, and not so afraid to do and say the things she wants to. This is an important conclusion, because the magical masquera was given to her in response to her wish that she be less shy Is this similar to either of the above titles?

Actually, having just re-read Shadow Lady (writting thie above post made me nostalgic), it seems that I was wrong. That part only happens in the side story, so it really isn't that big of a spoiler at all.

Shadow Lady sure is a lot like Saint Tail and D.N.Angel to me.

Yup, there is a definate similarity, although I like D.N Angel a but more, cause of the animation, and I beleive the characters are developed much better. I would have never noticed these similarities, but it is totally true.
