Need help finding an article

I was looking through the arcives trying to find an article about Japan asking AnimeExpo to give them a hand (or vice versa) for the Worldcon bid in 2007.
I can't seem to find the article. I don't know if I was looking back far enough or if I just didn't see it. Does anyone know if there's a link to that article in the archives?

I don't see a regular news article about it....

But we did have this feature about it...
