When you lay out all the shows that got enough votes to merit streaming reviews, this season actually starts to look halfway decent. There's a little something for everybody.

It is cool to see classic streaming reviews back, but I will remind everyone that, unless things have changed, Crunchyroll is only streaming the first 12 episodes of Bakemonogatari. The other 3 episodes are of course available through Aniplex USA's BD set.

As far as the rest of shows being covered, the important stuff is in there. And poor James Beckett; he is reviewing this season's piece of shit in Hand Shakers.

I agree, at first glance this season looks rather "meh" but I think we'll all be pleasantly surprised at how this season goes.

I am not an expert on english language but I am pretty sure the word "schedule" implies dates and hours, not just who is going to review what. just saying

on a side note, I can't believe hand shakers made it in. I guess some people are into reading someone else's bashing

Oh this is just great, it seams that the fall was just so good season that curse of Becket didn't give him the absolute shit, but I am glad we are back where we are supposed to be Twisted Evil
Very Happy

Episode reviews go up 24 hours or less after the episode airs, so it's usually same-day or the next morning from each show's simulcast release.

Nooooooo, none of my classic streaming review choices made it in ;_;

I care about Index, DEENime, and Zero far more than whatevermonogatari. Pleasantly surprised to see two of my three weekly review choices in, though. I'm also shocked to see Twin Stars still pulling the votes needed to stay on, given how unengaging it is.

Me too, but it's a lot better than some other choices.

On a side note, Demi-chan didn't get through. I'm legitimately upset that Hand Shaker's on the list and not Demi-chan. I know it's the gag choice of the season but ffs...

You mean Interviews with Monster Girls? Yeah, Paul Jensen is covering that.

yeah, not to mention those 3 episodes are the most relevant to the overall theme of the series when it comes to the first season. while getting introduced to the main cast is of course necessary if one is planning to stay for the long run, black hanekawa part 2 (part 1 being nekomonogatari) and shinobu spoiler[running away ] are essential events for the series overarching plot.

that being said, I am glad we are getting more reviews of this series

Yeah I have to agree. Even though it is still weak, I think it will seem underrated by the end. Compared to Fall and Spring, it will still be weak, but maybe it isn't so bad.

Overall everything I wanted got in so I'm a happy camper.

While Jacob doing the review would have been fun, at this point James is the most experienced, willingly or not, with hate reviews so I guess him getting Hand Shakers makes sense. Happy for the reviews either way Twisted Evil

Good thing I didn't say I would bet money that Nick would get ACCA, cause I would have to be paying up now. Embarassed

Glad one of my choices for Classic Reviews got picked up (Bakemonogatari was the one I was thinking of when Creamer was announced as the reviewer in the podcast but I'm sure I wasn't the only one). Not my first choice (Samurai Champloo) but still a good place to start rewatching some of my highest rated shows.

Good selection this season.

The worst of the season tends to make it in. Not surprising that people want to see just how bad of a train wreck it becomes.
