Whoa, Tora and Hakumen in combo...
Looking forward, but I hope they will adapt the entirety of the manga like what MAPPA did to Ushio to Tora.

Small correction. Shirogane is not part of the Saiga family. She goes by Shirogane only.

Well, this looks deliciously retro and with a rock solid staff. I just hope they keep any potential comedy (which pretty much ruined Ushio and Tora for me) to a minimum and this will be a total keeper for me.

I've never been more excited for a manga to get adapted, I can't freakin' wait!

I also can't wait to find out what happens in the second half of the series since the scantalator dropped it because they couldn't handle the American election

Well sorry to burst your bubble, but the main character has heart problems if people aren't laughing, so expect a bunch of "comedy" moments.

After seeing this, did Studio VOLN have a bigger hand in making Ushio and Tora than MAPPA?

It would of been hard to have Ushio and Tora played completely straight, without having to re-write the premise.

Never heard of this before but considering it from the same author as the great Usiho and Tora then it sure to be another hidden Shonen series gem.
