I can only imagine the piercing, momentary anguish of the poor chap in the red shirt who had to turn about. Something must have forced him to abandon every principle at that instant.

Wait, who's filming that? I mean, the filmers had to first get there by other means before the first train arrived, and then just hang around outside of the station instead of wanting to get in the line like the others.

I'm guessing press/media, or someone who works at the station, or just some local who couldn't get ticket to the event.

Those are actually two different people. The jerk in the red shirt was an attention-grabbing YouTuber, but there is a woman in white who gets run over in the video earlier in the article.
