Can't we please let the series die?
On that note, we need to think of a word for anime series that had a great first season that was clearly meant to be standalone, but once it turned into a franchise, every subsequent thing was bad. Any suggestions for a word or phrase to describe such a thing?

Not sure it was meant to be standalone, as there were still some Chaos;Head plot elements that made it in from the visual novel. And then followed up in Robotics;Notes with characters appearing.
I guess this OVA is in the S;G worldline?

I mean, the 0 game is pretty good (not as good as the original story certainly, but it's good and it plays - for lack of a better word - significantly better), it's just the anime wound up a bloated, confused mess of an adaptation.
Been looking forward to the OVA though, if only because of how unsatisfying and abrupt 0's ending is. Hopefully it's as fun as the first show's OVA.
