No, it wouldn't have been better than 3, because KH Missing Link was going to be a series of microtransaction hamster wheels designed to prey on people with addictions (with some Nomura cutscenes in it), and KH3 was a video game.

Public intoxication's not exactly great but it's nowhere near bad enough of an offense for it to have any real impact on the work he gets unless he makes a frequent habit of it. Hopefully it'll be a wake up call for any issues he might have but I really doubt this'll amount to more than a fine in terms of real consequences.

Sad but not surprised. I felt something was funny with months of no updates. Maybe they can rework some of the lore relevant plot another way.

A win what way?
Square can still make more of these and likely will. Gacha games aren’t exactly going out of style despite their their well documented failures.
