"The first two episodes of the dub will screen in the U.K. on June 26..."

"The anime's first two episodes will also screen at Anime Expo on July 4 at the JW Diamond Hall at 2:45 p.m. PDT. "

But it looks like Amazon Prime won't let the rest of the world see it until July 7. Bummer Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

Wow, impatient much?

Edit: ProZD of all people voicing Aramaki is… certainly a choice. I can believe that he has the range for it, but like, why they didn't they just hire an older guy for this role?

Yeah. I'm curious as to why it's taking so long to announce the Japanese cast?

The only thing that makes sense to me was that it was done out of respect for Atsuko Tanaka. The JP cast certainly would've been revealed months in advance under normal circumstances, even if she was still alive today but wasn't going to get the role of Motoko again anyway.

I mean, I don't think it's that surprising. And to be fair, this anime's version of Motoko is supposed to closer to the manga where, from what I hear, she's less stoic and apparently even energetic at times. I may be wrong, but I'm not so sure if Mary would fit the role as well as she used to because of this.

The least you could do is give it a chance before judging.
