To me, it seems like this would be one of the last things for young businessmen. But I don't know what type of articles might have been inside and its a different culture.

As for that girl on the cover, she needs a sandwich and to see a doctor. She looks a bit...too long.

I agree with you. But she should also put on normal clothing as well. I realize that the magazine is trying to appeal to an obvious group, but I can only imagine that suit doesn't offer much protection from the weather.
