frustrated that 4kids received 8 million dollars, but that also doesn't worry me that much. this only buys 4kids maybe a few more minutes of life. if you look closely at their quarterly reports, 4kids' financial situation won't be fixed with just 8 million dollars. also 4kids probably has to pay big legal fees for the court case.

4kids shouldn't be celebrating that much. they still have legal fees and other bills to pay (which total to more than $8,000,000). they haven't fully recovered from their financial troubles

 Does anybody else feel the way I do? I want 4kids to exit the anime industry. They ruin everything they touch (Can't speak for Yu-Gi-Oh; I haven't seen it and probably never will) Now they get $8mil to keep going? Previous threads I have read on them seem to indicate that others could also care less about them. Look 4kids, I don't care if you remain in business or what you do with your 8mil. Just get the @#$% outta the anime industry.

The same way an armed burglar can sue the people who's home he broke into for injuries on the property and actually win. The legal system is kind of a joke.

Okay buddy. 4Kids went to court and actually proved that ADK, and TV Tokyo actually broke their contract with 4Kids in a variety of ways, and didn't go about the proper procedure to try to kill the deal. It was also found out that ADK and TV Tokyo were conspiring to open a US branch to handle Yu-Gi-Oh! on their own while the legal case was still ongoing. This is despite the courts telling both parties to act as though the license wasn't in dispute.
4Kids may not be clean, but neither are the Japanese here. They dun goofed, and dun goofed big time.
