Our World is Ended Game Director Naoki Morita Confirms Work on 'New World Project 2' Game

Naoki Morita, director of Red Entertainment's Our World is Ended (Ore-tachi no Sekai wa Owatteiru.) PlayStation Vita game, revealed in a blog post on Red Entertainment on Friday that he is working on a new "New World Project 2" game.
Morita confirmed that the work is a completely new title, and will also be a novel-like adventure game that will have the word "Sekai" (World) in the title. The game will take place in the same world as Our World is Ended (which takes place in the real world), and will "probably" be for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. The game will feature seven characters (both male and female) with a theme of "youth."
Red Entertainment released Our World is Ended (pictured at right) in Japan on November 9.
Red Entertainment has developed or published such games as Record of Agarest War, the Sakura Wars series, and Gungrave. The company's Scar-red Rider XechS game with Rejet received a television anime adaptation in July 2016. Funimation streamed the series as it aired.
