One Piece's Usopp

In the above image, an unidentified cosplayer portrays Usopp, a character from Eiichiro Oda's manga One Piece and its anime counterpart. In the series, Usopp starts out as a compulsive liar and a coward. However, he is highly skilled with a slingshot, and after meeting protagonists Luffy and Nami (the only crew of the Straw Hat Pirates at that time) he begins to overcome his fears and becomes a valuable member of the crew.
The photo was taken at Otakon 2011, which took place in Baltimore, Maryland from July 29 to 31.
