In Episode 11, Nakazawa Minori is depicted as a mock copy of the mecha "Turn A Gundam".

In Episode 12, Natsumi Becky undergoes a transformation, the sequence is similar to "Sailor Moon`s" henshin "Make-up!" sequence.

In episode 12, around 04:08, Becky takes a stance and uses an attack called "Middle Aged Dimension". This is a Saint Seiya reference to Gemini Saga's attack called "Another Dimension".

In episode 12, at the end when Kosaku was talking about Ringo and Minori being his wings, this is a reference to Macross Frontier. Even at the end, Kosaku screams out "Frontier".
